Barry founded Westcreek in 2015 and drives the company's vision and growth. Since founding the firm, he has led the acquisition of 3,700+ units valued at $300M+. Before launching Westcreek, he led acquisitions at Knightvest Capital, where he oversaw 8,500+ units totaling approximately $1B in transactions. Barry holds a BBA in Real Estate from Baylor University.
Jimmy joined Westcreek in 2021 and oversees portfolio management, business plan execution, asset management, capital markets activities, and financial and investor reporting. Before joining the firm, he spent seven years at Macfarlan Capital Partners, where he managed a portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Financing Group. Jimmy holds a BS in Finance and a Master's in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Trey is a seasoned property management executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across market-rate multifamily communities, holding direct P&L responsibility for more than 52,000 units nationwide. He joined Westcreek in 2025, having previously served as Managing Director of Operations at S2 Capital and Cortland. He specializes in operational turnarounds, associate engagement, and driving NOI growth. Trey holds a BA from the University of Georgia.
Drew leads construction of capital improvements at Westcreek, ensuring each project delivers high quality, cost efficiency, and overall value. He joined the firm in 2022 and works closely with internal teams and contractors to manage budgets, timelines, and project execution. Drew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and brings nearly a decade of hands-on construction experience.
Mary supports Westcreek's capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management teams. Since joining the firm in 2025, she has overseen investor relations processes, led marketing initiatives, and developed operational processes that improve efficiency across departments. Mary brings years of experience in operations, marketing, and public service, and she is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Ismael brings firsthand multifamily experience from his time as a maintenance lead across several communities. In his role, he supports capital improvement and construction initiatives by sourcing vendor bids, coordinating scopes of work, and managing day-to-day project execution. He is HVAC certified and works closely with vendors and onsite teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure high-quality results.
